PLACING AN ORDER: You will be guided through the process of placing an order via the to use easy PayPal system. You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with the details and value of your order.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS: We are committed to offering our Customers the finest cosmetic products available. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on all make-up and skincare products. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong choice.You are required to notify us within 24hrs of any faulty product by email and the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
If faulty, we will supply with a replacement of the goods. If the product is no longer available we will offer you an alternative or a refund covering the cost of the product only.
When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange. Regrettably, except as required by law shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at email@example.com

We make effort to ensure our products arrive in good condition; however we can not take responsibility for the performance of Australia Post. To the best of our ability every order is processed and shipped on the next business day, however please allow up to 10 days for orders to be processed. All orders are posted with Australia Post (standard mail) and you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Standard Delivery: $ FREE (Orders will be delivered within 7 working days).
International orders are currently only available to the United States. To place your order kindly order online and proceed to check out using Paypal.
